Ibn-e-Zaib Bhikaari

By that time none of the three of them had donned the crown of slavery of Islam on their heads. By the end of the battle of Badr, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) said to hazrat Ali (RA), "Go and see which people of our family, Banu Hashim, have been captured." Hazrat Ali (RA) went and investigated and came back and said that uncle Abbas, brother Aqeel and Nofil bin Haarish are among the captives. Upon listening to this Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)  went to meet the three captives and by standing in front of Hazrat Aqeel (RA) he (PBUH) said, "Abu Jahl has been killed." Hazrat Aqeel (RA) said, "Now there is no one who can is an enemy of Islam in Tahaama." Hazrat Aqeel (RA) was absolutely bare handed. For him his uncle Abbas (RA) paid his ransom with his own hands and freed him.
